Who is BOSS?

One persons dream became a reality when Boss Air Suspension started manufacturing and selling great quality Air Bags. Firstly it was Load assist kits for small commercial vehicles and 4WD's. They did this out of its small factory in Queensland, Australia in the 1990's. As the number of products grew, so did the demand and in turn so did the business.

BOSS now manufacture in a number of locations and ship products around the world. From our operations in Australia, Spain, Canada, New Zealand, Taiwan and USA. In addition to vehicles, motor homes, caravans and trailers we have extended our markets to include industry and agricultural applications.

Every Air Bag is manufactured to specific BOSS specifications in the BOSS Factory and is designed for Australian Conditions. There is only 1 machine in the world that is capable of making bags to BOSS specifications. Thats what it does all day every day. The Air Bag has “cord angle weaving" and multi strand strengthening to produce Airbags that can exceed 1000PSI hydrostatic pressure. It has a bust pressure of 480 PSI in shock pressure testing. Every bag has a blend of Natural Rubber, steel cords and ballistic woven reinforcing, tough as nails.

This airbag suspension kit gives your vehicle air adjustable rear suspension by using the BOSS airbag and 6mm thick brackets. Thus enabling vehicles to carry the load they were intended to. BOSS Load assist kits are easy to fit and most simply bolt on using basic hand tools Full coil replacement bag kits are also available for popular coil 4wds and sedans. Also BOSS “On board air” control kits can be added to all Load Assist kits. It Enable vehicles to cope with uneven or heavy loads,Keeps vehicles level and Helps maintain control of loaded vehicles.

BOSS Air Suspensions 12 and 24 volt air compressors are the industry leader. Our PX-02 12volt compressor was designed for filling small air tanks. Or more importantly the BOSS In-cab air kits where the bags are directly filled from the compressor. Our BOSS PX-07 is the killer of all compressors. It boasts an impressive 3.5cfm flow rate and 100% duty cycle. The PX-07 finds itself in everything from Lowriders, 4x4 vehicles, industrial equipment, and roadside service.

BOSS manufactures lightweight T6 heat treated aluminium air tanks, with a range of tank sizes, port configurations and port sizes. Also all 9L (3 gallon) and 15L (5 gallon) tanks can be mounted in 3 angles - on end, upright, or upside down and still keep drain port at bottom with our unique design. Mounting legs included. Shot blasted anodized or chrome finish. Also recommended working pressure is 0-170psi. While maximum pressure is 400psi. Sizes range from 2 litres through to 15 litres with extruded centre section and stamped ends.

WHAT IS ACCUAIR?

The Accuair systems have some remarkable features such as 3 stage vehicle auto levelling. This means that you can preset the air system to 3 positions and selecting a ride height is as simple as pushing a button. Its perfect for car enthusiasts or commercial vehicles. If its a show car push 1 and slam it, push 2 and go to normal ride height, push 3 and go over height for obsicles or inspection.

In commercial or leisure situations you can preset the system to bring your vehicle up to ride height when adding weight to the vehicle automaticly, The pocket remote is perfectly designed to operate all features of the system inside or outside the vehicle and even has I-Level, Iphone app for ride height control.

It offers the ability to save three unique heights into memory at the touch of a button using TruPosition™ height sensors installed in each corner of your suspension. The key to this technology is its RideMonitor™ Mode; while parked or driving, the system will maintain the vehicle height when loading or unloading passengers or when road conditions change

AccuAir’s iLevel™ provides wireless control of your e-Level™ Air Suspension System through both Apple iOS and Android devices. The app is available for free download through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

RAYELI AIR BAGGED TRAILERS

At the touch of a button the rear of the trailer lowers flat to the ground. Thus you can simply drive on or load-up and with one touch of the button you will be back to ride height.

Rayeli Easy Load is not just an amazing loading system. The trailer also rides like a car using shock absorbers and Air bags. Therefore no more damage to your load caused by rigid or leaf springs suspension.

The tool box houses the onboard air system but there is plenty of room for other essentials and accessories. LED Lighting bars are recessed for ultimate protection. The on board power system means you can mount work lights around the trailer for safe, convenient night use.

Rayeli Air Bagged Trailers use compressed air combined with a unique suspension system to automatically lower and raises the trailer to and from the ground.

The Rayeli “car carrier” entry trailer is equiped with our unique Rayeli “Easy load” Air Suspension System. This will provide easy convenient loading and unloading of your motor vehicle.

The remote control feature means you jump on the bike, push a button, the trailer lays down to ground level. Then you simply roll off. When you have finished the days workout just ride straight up onto the trailer. Push the up button and in a few seconds your at normal ride height.

The Bilstein offers the firmer ride of the two models. They profile the Bilstein rider; as taking shorter trips and appreciating the firm response to the road. The Bilstein comes in two sizes 12" and 13".

The Aldan series is designed for long haul riders who prefer a more comfortable ride. Aldan shocks are ideal for those who take long trips, single or double up and want to get through the end of the day without not feeling worn out. One of the reasons is the 11 way adjustment on the shock which helps with rebound control. You can dial down the rebound to get a softer ride. These shocks ride similar to stock shocks.
